Safer, Stronger Backbends - Saturday June 18th, 11am - 1pm
Backbends are such an important part of our practice, helping to promote good posture and keeping us pain free. Join Michelle in this exploration of the spine and its supporting musculature, learning how to work into your backbends while keeping yourself safe from injury. Expect to come away with a deeper understanding of both the spine and the core, and how we must have awareness of both in our backbends. We'll work our way from the basics, all the way through to Urdhva Dhanurasana for those who wish to. Suitable for all levels. Massage at Soul Space
We are thrilled to welcome back massage therapist Debbie Henry, who some of you may remember from our days at Moore St. Debbie is available during the day on Tuesdays and is offering an introductory special of $60 for a one hour massage (usually $80).
