Cooling temperatures and shorter days can seem like the perfect excuse to fall out of good habits - but it's actually a great time of year to nurture yourself, and exercise is great for boosting immunity and general wellbeing. Meditation is also a lovely way to decrease stress and improve health - you can join us for free classes at the studio on Wednesday nights, or simply take a few minutes each day to sit quietly and focus on your breath, letting the mind quieten and giving yourself permission to stop DOING and just be.
