Hi Visitor,
We are so excited that Spring has arrived! The mornings are a bit lighter (making that early morning practice a little bit easier) and the days are milder - it won't be long till we're getting out the summer clothes and hitting the beach. Our new Monday morning Hatha Yoga and Sunday 4pm Yin Yoga classes have begun, and we're seeing new faces & old at the studio. We thank you for your continued support and we love to hear feedback from you. Here's something that Natasha shared about our new Sunday Yin class - "I used to be so sad on Sundays the end of the weekend back to work. Now I look forward to 4pm so I can get my yin yoga on and set myself up for the week!!!! I'm so in love with yin".

28-Day Spring Challenge - Sept 21st - Oct 18th
Register for our 28-day Spring Challenge, and for just $120, you get unlimited Pilates Mat & Yoga (yin and hatha) classes from Monday September 21st, to Sunday 18 October! We'll be tracking your attendance, and every participant who completes 20+ classes in the 28 day period goes in the draw for our fabulous prize - a massage voucher from the lovely Bernadette at Dawn 2 Dusk Therapies, and a voucher from www.flipyourdog.co.nz so that you can update your spring workout wardrobe.

Introduction to Meditation with Suzzane
A busy, restless mind can get in the way of our ability to function efficiently and calmly, cloud our judgment, prevent relaxation, cause forgetfulness, disturbed sleep and compromise our health. Worries or thoughts that feel out of our control can lead to anxiety and depression. Pure Meditation Foundation teaches us to switch off the busyness and refocus. We learn to overcome stress, relax and find peace of mind.

Who wouldn't love to get away for a yoga retreat?! But it's not always easy to take a whole weekend (or more) away from our lives and responsibilities. We have the perfect solution - a day at our gorgeous Bucklands Beach studio to recharge your batteries and have some "YOU" time.
Join us for a blissful day of yoga, meditation and nutrition advice to head into the warmer months with an attitude of gratitude and a spring in your step! No yoga experience required - this day is suitable for all ages and levels of experience and fitness.
