July seems to have flown by and here we are in August! It's been great to see so many of you keeping up your practice over the last couple of months - winter can seem like the perfect excuse to slack off, only for the regrets to kick in once the weather starts warming up again. The days are starting to get a bit longer already, and it's only a matter of time before spring arrives.... by all means enjoy some cozy time by the fire, but remember that complete hibernation is only for bears. Whether you prefer Pilates to keep you at your peak, or like to stay youthful with yoga, we've got it covered all year round!
NEW CLASS - Yin Yoga, Sundays 4pm
All the pieces have fallen into place with our two wonderful Yin yoga teachers, Debz and Sarah - they are ready to kick off on Sunday August 16th. The perfect class to end your weekend, offering deep restorative stretching with lots of props and guidance. Your body (and mind) will thank you for it! If you're on an unlimited membership this class is included; otherwise it's available on your concession card or casually just like the rest of our regular classes - please book online as usual.

Meditation Classes with Suzzane Daly
Pure Meditation Foundation can help to balance blood pressure, reduce the risk of headaches, help relieve pain and tension and bring peace, serenity and health. Suzzane has two events coming up - a stand-alone workshop on Sun, August 9th, 10am-12.30pm ($80), and a three-week course (Tues August 18th, 10.30am-12pm; Tues Aug 25th, 10.30-11.30am; Tues Sept 1, 10.30-11.30am - $95). Handouts and a book are included in the course cost.

AcroYoga - Flying Fun for Everyone!
We still have spaces left in this 2hr workshop - Sun August 22nd, 2-4pm. AcroYoga is not only for those with a lot of yoga experience - it's suitable for all levels, even beginners! This fun practice has elements of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage, and fosters a sense of play and community. Sign up with a friend or on your own here (under Enrolments).
