Hi Visitor,
It's been exciting this past week to be finishing evening classes and still have daylight outside! Although the weather has been unpredictable, the promise of warmer days to come is in the air, and everyone seems to feel a bit more motivated and enthusiastic about exercise. As well as all of the regular classes (and teachers) you know and love, we have some really exciting extras for the whole family coming up over the next little while - so if we haven't seen you over winter (or if you are on our mailing list but have yet to come and get to know us at the studio) we hope you'll find something to inspire you to make the most of today rather than waiting for tomorrow, or next week, or next month. You know what they say - "Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that's why it's called the present."

We aim to answer all of these questions, and any others you have, in a friendly, relaxed course that will prepare you to join our regular classes feeling confident and comfortable. Firm Foundations - Standing Poses Deconstructed, Sat Nov 29, 11am-1pm
In this, the second in a series of workshops delving deeper into some of the poses we practice in class regularly, join Michelle in taking a look at Tadasana (the base of all our standing poses) and how what we learn there carries through into Trikonasana (triangle pose) and Virabhrasana I & II (Warrior 1 & 2).
We'll explore the yogic concepts of Samasthiti (equal standing); and Sthira & Sukha (steadiness, firmness & gentleness, softness) and how these relate to all of these poses.
All levels of experience welcome, book here under "Enrollments".
We hope to see you in the studio soon, and if you'd like to see something offered that's not, please let us know!
In love & light
