Spring has sprung! With longer, warmer days we begin to feel a new energy and enthusiasm for all that life has to offer. It's a great season for making changes or new beginnings, and we have all sorts coming up that might be just the ticket for you - and lots of it's free so that you (and your friends and family) can try out some new stuff, on us!
More FREE Meditation Events!

Jeffree is offering a free meditation class next Wednesday, Sept 24, from 7.30-8.30pm, and another Simply Sunday session on Sunday Sept 28 from 1-4pm. Open to all, whether you have attended Jeffree's classes before (or have tried meditation elsewhere), or if you're a complete beginner. Come along and try the "Simply Stillness" method, listening to Jeffree's beautiful relaxing music to help you achieve peace and calm in your busy life. Our lovely massage therapist, Toni, will again be offering free chair massages at the Simply Sunday event (and as I can attest personally from the last time, there's nothing more deliciously relaxing than having a massage while listening to Jeffree's music!)
There will also be a 3 week course from Wed Oct 1st, 7.30-9.30pm - enrolments, prices and details here

The Emotion Body Workshop with Janine Gaddie

Kids' Yoga and Mums & Bubs Yoga Next Term - Free Trial Class
From next term Agata Smuzniak will be offering both a kids' yoga class, and a Mums & Bubs yoga class, at the studio. She is offering a free session for each of these in the second week of term (from Mon 20 Oct) and each will be followed by a 6 week course. Pregnancy Yoga with Agata
Along with the above courses, Agata is also starting a Pregnancy Yoga class next term - Monday nights from 7.35-8.45pm. Classes will be $15 each, or $65 for 5. Agata is a qualified Bliss Baby Yoga and Sun Power tacher, and her lessons are specially designed for pregnant women, with breathing and relaxation techniques that can be extremely useful during pregnancy, labour and beyond! The classes are a gentle Hatha style with restorative poses, finishing with Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep - a deep relaxation technique). Yoga during pregnancy can help with lower back and hip pain, reducing stress and anxiety, deep toning of the birth muscles and improving balance and co-ordination, as well as general improvement of posture and fitness. Bring a Friend for Free to SoulSwing - Thurs Oct 2 & 9, 7.15pm
If you've been wanting to try out SoulSwing but haven't quite gotten around to it, book with a friend for either of the above evenings and you both get your class for FREE! Spaces are limited so get in quick to guarantee your spot. At least one of you must be new to Soul Space, and if you can't make your booked class please cancel online so that someone else can have the spot instead. One free session per person.
