As some of you picked up, the Simply Sunday meditation session with Jeffree on August 31st is in fact next Sunday, as the name would suggest, and the date is correct, but I incorrectly put Saturday 31st August. So to clarify, it is on SUNDAY August 31st, from 1-4pm!
We have some extra stuff happening on the day - Janelle from Flip Your Dog will be there with a gorgeous selection of yoga and pilates gear for you to try and buy (most of what she imports is unavailable anywhere else in NZ!) and Linda from Salt Haven is going to bring some of her range of salt lamps and explain the benefits of salt therapy.
Please let us know if you will be attending, and feel free to come just for the first hour or so if you are unable to stay for the whole afternoon!
