As we move into a new month and a new season there are several workshops and courses coming up at the studio - so if you feel your motivation waning as summer fades, you will surely find something to inspire you with these offerings!
Yin Yoga FREE SESSION and Course with Debz
Yin yoga works with the deep connective tissues in the body, and is a perfect way to balance out our often very yang, or high-energy, lifestyles. Yin is performed more slowly, often with the use of props, and postures are held for longer. From Debz - "My first experience with yin yoga came at a time of very high stress and pain in my body. It helped me cultivate patience and regain my flexibility. During this time my regular practice came on in leaps and bounds as I really began to understand the connection with the breath and the limits of my body and mind". These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience, including beginners.

Meditation FREE SESSION and Course with Jeffree
Reduce stress, improve health and wellbeing, expand thinking space and express vitality and aliveness - all this can be achieved through meditation. Jeffree's next 3 week meditation course begins March 26, with a free session the week before for those who would like to try it out first. The course is suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.

The Ultimate Home Yoga Practice Workshop with Kara-Leah Grant

Join Kara-Leah Grant, author of " Forty Days of Yoga – Breaking down the barriers to a home yoga practice" for this two day workshop.
In this hands-on practical workshop you’ll find out why you’re not practicing yoga regularly and you’ll design strategies to make regular practice a part of your life. It’s not about will power – it’s about understanding your psyche & how we often self-sabotage our best intentions. We’ll practice yoga, talk about yoga, & we'll use worksheets to dive into our personal challenges and obstacles.
About Kara-Leah
KL is a writer, a yoga teacher, publisher of The Yoga Lunchbox and a mother. She is infinitely curious about the make-up of the human psyche and body and her home yoga practice began in earnest when people kept asking her to teach them yoga. She's since immersed herself in practicing, teaching, and writing about yoga.
KL now lives in Napier, allowing herself space every day for her practice, her writing, and her child.

Debbie has been super-busy since opening her massage room within the studio, with nothing but positive feedback from clients. "Best massage I've ever had" is a phrase that's been heard more than once over the last few weeks! She is offering another fantastic special until the end of March - 3 x 1hr massages for $150.
