It's been a few months since we've been in touch - we hope this email finds you well and enjoying the mild (almost spring-like!) weather. We are well and truly settled in at the new studio and the heat pump has proven to be a welcome asset over the winter. There are some exciting goings-on at 247 Moore St, so as we head towards spring - a time to come out of hibernation and feel renewed and reborn - read on to find out what's been happening, and what's coming up!
Spring Health & Wellness - One-Day Mini Retreat
If you are in need of a day just for you as we move into spring, look no further. We have an exciting day planned on Sunday September 8th, combining yoga, nutrition advice, meditation and massage, to help you shake off the winter blues and spring into spring! Monday Morning Meditation Moments with Caroline Williams
With our evening meditation classes now well-established, we thought the morning folk might be feeling a bit neglected, so we are offering a FREE meditation class on Monday Sept 2nd from 10.30-11.15am, and from Monday Sept 9th a 4-week course will run in the same time-slot.
With chills and wintery days beginning to fade, it's time to shed our weariness and stress so we can embrace the gifts of change and Spring. Our "Meditation Moments" will help you to learn tools which can clear some of the "clutter" in your mind and body so that there is space for peace and freedom.

Booking for Classes
Please remember to book online for your classes - if we know how many to expect the teachers can set up the room beforehand, making sure that everyone has space, rather than the first few spreading out and then everyone having to move as others arrive! If you would like a permanent booking for any SoulSwing class, please email us. If you have any queries about the booking system, please get in touch with Michelle.
Kirtan
We will be holding a kirtan afternoon/evening sometime in the near future, led by Devananda from Ashram Yoga. Kirtan is yogic chant, usually done in a "call and response" style. If you like to "Om", you'll love kirtan. You don't need to be the world's best singer - anyone can chant! Please let us know if you would be interested in joining us for a fun, friendly kirtan session soon.
Welcome to Deborah Loughlin
Last but not least in our news this month, a very warm welcome to Deborah (Debz) Loughlin, our new teacher. Debz is a Byron Yoga Centre graduate and she will be teaching Wednesday night yoga at the studio. Please introduce yourself when you attend her class and make her feel welcome as she joins the Soul Space community.
