With the spring equinox occurring a couple of weeks ago, and daylight savings starting last week, it's fair to say we're now well into spring. Of course we we have longer days, hopefully more energy and enthusiasm, and a feeling of excitement as we head towards summer. There are lots of new faces at the studio as people come out of winter hibernation and start feeling like being active again. It's a pretty short newsletter this month, but well worth a read...
Beginners' Yoga Course, 4 weeks from Wed Oct 17, 7.15-9pm
We will be starting another of our hugely popular Beginners' Yoga Courses on Wednesday October 17th. These are fun, friendly, and suitable for anyone - no fitness or flexibility required! A great way to get an idea of what yoga is all about, and to prepare for our regular yoga classes if you are a complete beginner and feel a bit nervous about coming along to those.
