Welcome to our somewhat tardy update for July - things have been busy and the first couple of weeks of this month have flown by! It's a short one this month so have a quick read and be on your way...

Are you looking for something a little different to keep you motivated over the winter months? From Thursday July 26th we are introducing a new SoulSwing class on Thursday nights. Swing yoga (sometimes known as "anti-gravity yoga") is fun and suitable for any level of ability or fitness. The great news is that we are installing 2 more swings, enabling us to bring the price down to the same level as mat classes! Concession cards and boot camp sessions can now be used for SoulSwing classes, as well as mat pilates and yoga. Bookings are absolutely essential as there will be just 6 spots available in each class.
Mid-Winter Mini Retreat
We have 3 spaces left in our retreat day this Saturday, July 21st (for full details, click here). The day includes yoga, meditation, a nutrition presentation and a massage - if this sounds like your cup of chai, get in touch asap.

Beginners' Pilates Course - 6 weeks
Pilates offers many benefits, including more energy, relief from back and neck pain, improved posture and more energy to name just a few. In this course you'll gain an understanding of the Pilates principles including alignment, core stability and thoracic breathing. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, starts Wed August 7, 5.30-6.25pm, $70. Bookings essential.
