Yoga is not merely physical exercise - the asana, or poses, are but one part of the whole. The word “yoga” means "to yoke" or "to join", and works on uniting all aspects of the self – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
This is a class combining elements of yoga and Pilates, utilising the swing apparatus to provide support and challenge, and add an extra dimension to your practice - you'll gain a whole new perspective on the world when you see it from a swing!
This class runs during the term and is a fun introduction to yoga for children aged 6-11yrs.
