Hi, I'm Michelle Keenan, director of Soul Space Pilates & Yoga. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years, and Pilates for 15, and I know first-hand the life-changing effects of both these practices. What I also know is that in order to get the most out of them, it's important that you practice in the way that's right for you.
At Soul Space Pilates & Yoga, you get individual attention even in group classes. Our small class sizes (maximum of 20 students for mat Pilates and yoga; maximum of 6 students for SoulSwing aerial yoga) ensure that you will see and be seen! Our teachers don't just stand at the front of the room, expecting you to get it right - we move around, offering individual attention and hands-on corrections and adjustments, so that you get a great class experience with us. You will get a safe, effective, enjoyable practice, every time.
